After the course completion student can register in Confederation of Alternative Medicine Practitioners of Quebec.

The Kinesitherapy course is designed to work with clients to regain physical function such as body strength, mobility, endurance and flexibility after illness, injury or other medical condition through movement and exercise.

Skills and topics that you will learn during this course include

  • Acquire valid & reliable assessment skills
  • Identify & isolate faulty movement mechanics and patterns that cause pain and joint distress.
  • Learn how to regress and progress each exercise to accomodate each individual case.
  • Therapeutic stretch techniques and applications.
  • Intro to kinesitherapy/Anatomy/physiology
  • Mobility, strength, flexibility and endurance assessments
  • Mobility, strength, flexibility and endurance exercises and applications

Prerequisites

  • Knowledge in Anatomy/Physiology
  • Knowledge in Massage therapy

Teacher Support

With this course you will have unlimited access to your own personal tutor who specialises in their field of study.
