Why Gua Sha & Instrumental Techniques?
Gua Sha and Instrumental Techniques are instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM) approaches used to support musculoskeletal health, myofascial release, and movement efficiency. These techniques are commonly applied in wellness, rehabilitation support, sports recovery, and holistic bodywork settings to help address soft tissue restrictions, tension patterns, and movement-related discomfort.
This one-day intensive professional workshop provides participants with foundational knowledge and practical skills to safely apply Gua Sha and Instrumental-style techniques within a wellness-based, non-clinical scope of practice.
This workshop is ideal for Registered Massage Therapists, bodyworkers, osteopathy aides, wellness practitioners, healthcare aides, fitness and sports support professionals, and individuals interested in instrument-assisted manual therapy approaches. No prior Gua Sha or Instrumental experience is required.
