Why Indie Head Massage?
Indie Head Massage is a traditional, holistic manual therapy technique focusing on the head, scalp, neck, shoulders, and upper back. It is widely used in wellness, relaxation, stress management, and supportive care environments to help reduce tension, promote circulation, encourage relaxation, and support overall wellbeing.
This one-day professional workshop provides participants with foundational knowledge and practical skills to safely apply Indie Head Massage techniques within a wellness-based, non-clinical scope of practice.
