Why Manual Lymphatic Drainage?

Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) is a gentle, rhythmic manual therapy technique designed to support the lymphatic system and encourage natural fluid movement within the body. It is widely used in wellness, supportive care, postural care, relaxation, and holistic health settings to help reduce fluid retention, promote relaxation, and support overall wellbeing.

This one-day professional workshop provides participants with foundational knowledge and practical skills to safely apply Manual Lymphatic Drainage techniques within a wellness-based, non-clinical scope of practice.

This workshop is ideal for Registered Massage Therapists, bodyworkers, osteopathy aides, wellness practitioners, healthcare aides, spa therapists, and individuals interested in gentle lymphatic support techniques.
No prior Manual Lymphatic Drainage experience is required.
