Why Joint Mobilization?
Joint Mobilization is a foundational manual therapy skill used to improve joint mobility, reduce stiffness, support functional movement, and enhance overall musculoskeletal performance. This one-day professional workshop is designed to provide participants with practical, hands-on techniques that can be safely and effectively integrated into wellness, rehabilitation support, and manual therapy settings.

This workshop is ideal for Registered Massage Therapists, bodyworkers, physiotherapy aides, rehabilitation assistants, wellness practitioners, and healthcare support professionals seeking to strengthen their manual therapy skill set. No prior joint mobilization experience is required.

Hands-On Practical Training
This workshop emphasizes supervised, hands-on application. Participants will practice joint mobilization techniques under instructor guidance, focusing on safe force application, proper mechanics, and client communication to build confidence and clinical reasoning.
