Why Cranio-Sacral Therapy?
Cranio-Sacral Therapy is a gentle, hands-on modality that focuses on the assessment and support of the craniosacral system to promote relaxation, balance, and overall wellbeing. It is widely used in wellness, supportive care, and holistic health settings to help reduce stress, tension, and discomfort while supporting the body’s natural self-regulation processes.

This one-day workshop provides participants with foundational knowledge and practical skills to safely apply Cranio-Sacral Therapy techniques within a wellness-based scope of practice.

This workshop is ideal for Registered Massage Therapists, bodyworkers, osteopathy aides, wellness practitioners, healthcare aides, and individuals interested in gentle manual therapy approaches. No prior Cranio-Sacral Therapy experience is required.
