Why Myofascial Therapy?
Myofascial Therapy is a highly effective manual technique that focuses on releasing fascial restrictions to improve mobility, reduce pain, and support overall musculoskeletal balance. It is widely used in massage therapy, rehabilitation support, wellness, and manual therapy environments to address chronic tension, postural imbalances, and movement limitations.

This one-day workshop is designed to provide participants with comprehensive practical skills to assess and apply myofascial release techniques safely and effectively within a wellness-based scope of practice.

This workshop is ideal for Registered Massage Therapists, bodyworkers, osteopathy aides, physiotherapy aides, rehabilitation assistants, wellness practitioners, and individuals seeking to deepen their hands-on manual therapy expertise. No prior myofascial therapy experience is required.
