Why Kinesiology Taping?

This one-day workshop provides participants with practical taping skills that can be immediately applied in professional and wellness-based environments.

This workshop is ideal for Registered Massage Therapists, physiotherapy aides, athletic trainers, personal trainers, wellness practitioners, healthcare aides, and individuals seeking to enhance their hands-on support techniques. No prior taping experience is required.

Indications, contraindications, and safety considerations
Basic taping techniques and application rules

Hands-On Practical Training
Participants will practice taping techniques on multiple body regions under instructor supervision. Emphasis is placed on correct tape tension, placement, body mechanics, and client communication to ensure safe and effective application.
