Why Kinesiology Taping?
Kinesiology Taping is a widely used supportive taping technique designed to assist with muscle function, joint support, posture awareness, circulation, and injury recovery. It is commonly used in sports, rehabilitation, wellness, and manual therapy settings. This one-day workshop provides participants with practical taping skills that can be immediately applied in professional and wellness-based environments.
This workshop is ideal for Registered Massage Therapists, physiotherapy aides, athletic trainers, personal trainers, wellness practitioners, healthcare aides, and individuals seeking to enhance their hands-on support techniques. No prior taping experience is required.
