Sara Canadian Academy (SCA) provides member services committed to transparency, integrity, and excellence. Members agree to comply with the following terms and conditions by accessing or using our services.

Enrollment and Registration

All applicants must provide accurate and complete information during the enrollment process. SCA reserves the right to reject or cancel a student’s enrollment if false information is provided or if academic criteria are not met.

Fees and Union Dues (Payments)

Tuition fees must be paid under the payment schedule provided during admission. Late payments may incur penalties or suspend student access to course materials.

Professional Training

Members must uphold academic integrity and honesty in all coursework, assessments, and clinical training. Any cheating, plagiarism, or dishonesty may lead to disciplinary action, including dismissal from the program.

Use of Online Platforms

Members have secure login access to study materials via our Learning Management System (LMS). Sharing login credentials or the misuse of digital resources is strictly prohibited.

Privacy and Confidentiality

SCA respects members privacy and handles all personal information in compliance with applicable privacy laws. Members records are confidential and only shared with authorized personnel.

Changes to Terms

SCA reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of changes through official communication channels.

Educational Disclaimer

This program is an introductory educational course intended to provide members with foundational knowledge for vocational and wellness-based applications of the subject matter.

Completion of this program does not automatically fulfill the legal or regulatory requirements for provincial or territorial licenses, registrations, or certifications, which may require additional education, clinical training, examinations, or apprenticeships, depending on jurisdiction.
